Skiing under the starry skies

Speeding down the pistes is fun not only at daytime: If you are a night owl or like the idea of wedeling across the snow under a starry sky, then don’t miss out on the floodlit piste in Austria’s largest ski area. 6 days a week, the piste at Unterschwarzachbahn cable car beckons to go on a nightly swing.

Put in a break – ski lodges

Skiing can be tiring – and makes you hungry and thirsty! Fortunately, there is no lack of opportunities for stopping off at one of the many cosy lodges and mountain restaurants in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. A tasty Ploughman’s lunch, a delicious Kaiserschmarrn (sugared and shredded pancakes), a warming goulash soup – or simply soaking up the sun for a while on the sun terrace with views of the white summits. That will recharge your batteries quickly.
