Integration of services and third-party content
It can happen, that within the online offer, third-party content such as videos by YouTube, maps by Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics by other websites are integrated. This always requires the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") to detect the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, they cannot send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus required for displaying the content. We endeavour to use only such content the respective providers of which use the IP address solely for distributing the content. However, we have no control over whether the third-part providers store the IP address for, e.g., statistical purposes. We will inform the user of this insofar as we are aware of this.

In Google Analytics werden keine genauen Daten zum geografischen Standort bereitgestellt, sondern lediglich allgemeine Standortinformationen wie die Region und Stadt des Standortes des Endgeräts, die aus der IP-Adresse abgeleitet werden. Google wird diese Informationen verarbeiten, um Ihre Nutzung der Website auszuwerten, uns Berichte über die Website-Aktivitäten zusammenzustellen und – soweit wir gesondert darauf hinweisen – um uns weitere mit der Website-Nutzung verbundene Dienstleistungen zu erbringen. Mithilfe von „Google Analytics 4“ werden automatisch Zielgruppen für bestimmte Cookie-IDs/Geräte-IDs oder mobile Werbe-IDs erstellt, die später für die individualisierte werbliche Ansprache verwendet werden. Als Zielgruppenkriterium kommen z. B. in Betracht: Nutzer, die Produkte angesehen, aber nicht einem Einkaufswagen hinzugefügt haben oder einem Warenkorb hinzugefügt, aber den Kauf nicht abgeschlossen ODER Nutzer, die bestimmte Artikel erworben haben. Dabei umfasst eine Zielgruppe mindestens 100 Nutzer. Mithilfe des Tools „Google Ads“ können sodann interessenbezogene Werbeanzeigen in Suchergebnissen ausgespielt werden. Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung ist Ihre Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. Google verarbeitet die Daten zum Teil auch in den USA. Für einen Datentransfer in die USA existiert kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission; die Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung nach Art. 49 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a) DSGVO.
