Saalbach Schmankerlherbst

The Saalbach Schmankerlherbst (Autumn Delicacies Festival) is all about “Salzburger” delicacies, Alpine tradition and a cosy hut atmosphere. For several weeks, huts and hosts in Saalbach Hinterglemm invite you to enjoy typical Pinzgau specialities and autumnal delicacies.

On selected days, live music and a convivial atmosphere create a real autumn vibe in the mountains. Surrounded by golden larch trees, clear mountain air and culinary highlights, the Schmankerlherbst is a delightful end to the summer season in the Home of Lässig.
